HO-04: Change User Icon

In this page users can register their own user icon image.
The registered user icon will be displayed on the top-left corner of the screen, as well as in Process details pages.


1. How to Change the User Icon

  1. Go to the user icon setting screen: [My Page] > [Settings] > [Change User Icon]
  2. Click [Browse...] and select the image you wish to use as your user icon
  3. Click [Save].

Caution

  • Only images under 100KB can be registered.
  • Only JPEG, GIF or PNG files can be registered.
  • A default image will be shown when no user icon is registered.

Where You Can See the User Icon

  • Top of left navigation menu
  • Process details page, etc.
