MN-04: Warning Task

In this screen, you can browse unfinished Tasks with errors.
Tasks listed here are not allocated/offered to anyone, and must be allocated to a user or canceled.



1. Listed Tasks

Only users with Process Model Manager authorization can see and operate these Tasks.

Tasks and Team Tasks allocated/offered to no user are listed here.

When users/groups are deleted or changed, Tasks offered/allocated to them are listed on this page.
Tasks that are displayed here are not displayed in the Task list of any user.
Either reallocate the Task or cancel the Process/Task, using the Operation Menu below.

2. Operation Menu

 Description
 Reallocate
  • Reallocates the Task to a specified user.
  • The specified user will be offered this Task and the Process will continue to be operated.
 Cancel
  • Cancels the Process that includes the Task.
    • The state of this Process will be CANCELED. 
 Delete
  • Deletes the Process that includes the Task.

3. Display Components

 Process Model
  • Process Model Name
  • Process Model ID and version (in parentheses)
 Process ID
  • Process ID
  • Process ID is unique to each Process.
 Title
  • Title of Process
  • The title is inputted when the Process is started
 State
  • State of the Process
  • All Warning Processes will be OPERATING.
 Process Start User
  • User who started the Process
 Process Start Time
  • Time when the Process was started
 Process End Time
  • Time when the Process was completed
  • Warning Processes have not been completed, so this will be blank.
 Task name
  • Name of Task
 State
  • State of the Task
  • All Warning Tasks will be OFFERED.
 Allocated User
  • User (and group) who is allocated the Task
  • All Warning Tasks have no allocated user, so this will be blank. 
 Offer Time
  • Time when the Task was offered
 Deadline
  • Deadline of the Task
  • If Task doesn't have deadline, this is blank.         
 Start Time
  • Time when the Task was started
  • Warning Tasks have not been started, so this will be blank.
 End Time
  • Time when the Task was completed
  • Warning Tasks have not been completed, so this will be blank.
