In this screen, you can execute Tasks by entering necessary data and clicking the [Finish] button (or other appropriate button) at the bottom of the window.
- The [Title] is often used in Process lists, so it is important to enter a clear and easily distinguishable title.
- If you can execute this Task in more than one position, select the position in which you wish to execute this Task.
- Use the Task Board (at the bottom of the screen) to leave messages to other users executing the same Task of the Process Model, or the designer/manager of the Process Model.

1. Execute Task
1-1. How to execute Tasks
- When you click [Execute] in your Task List, the Task Execution screen will open.
- Enter the necessary data in the fields.
- Click [Finish "..."] to finish your Task.
- At this time, the End Time of the Task is recorded.
- If another Task follows, it will automatically be shown in the My List of the user next allocated.
- If there is a field that says, "Select your position on doing this task," please be sure to select one group.
- Your primary group will usually be shown in the field.
- If the task was allocated without connection to your primary group, no group will be shown in the field.

- There are two ways to suspend the Task without finishing.
- [Save and Quit]: This closes the Task Execution screen without finishing the Task. Any inputted data is saved.
- [Quit without save]: This cancels Task execution. Inputted data is not saved.
1-2. Display Components
- Items will be shown in 1, 2 or 4 columns.

- "Discussion type" data is saved when clicking [Send], regardless of whether the task is executed or not.

When web addresses or file paths are entered in a String or Discussion type field using the below formats, they will be displayed as hyperlinks in all following Task Execution screens.
- File paths (Only Internet Explorer)
- [[file:...]] Start with "file:"
- [[Z:...]] Start with arbitrary alphabet letter (uppercase/lowercase) and colon
- [[\\...]] Start with two backslashes
Also, if you sandwich web addresses or file paths between brackets < > in String or Discussion type items, they will automatically be displayed as hyperlinks in all following Task Execution screens. (Only Internet Explorer)

2-2. Executing User (Team Tasks Only)
If the Task is a Team Task, a list of all participating users including you will be shown.
All listed users can see and execute this Task simultaneously.
However, once one user finishes the Task, the Execute Task screen can no longer be accessed.
3. Task Board
The Task Board is for all users who execute the same Task, to communicate information to each other and the designer of the Process Model.
The Task Board can be seen by:
- All users who execute the same Task: The Task Board is displayed at the bottom of the Execute Task screen. Users can edit the Task Board.
- Designer of the Process Model: The Task Board is displayed in the Task properties screen in Process Modeler. The Designer cannot edit it.
If you want to add and/or change something in the Task Board, click [Edit].
After making the necessary changes click [Save].
The editing mode includes functions such as font style, links and bullets, etc.
