1. Summary

"System Administration" is for administering and operating the system.
You can also manage Extension Keys (for Download Edition only) and all authorizations in the system, and check system/process logs.

2. Menu

ID	Name	Description
SA-01	Extension Key	In this screen System Administrators can: Add/delete extension keys. Check Max Concurrent Processes and Current Running Processes. This function is NOT available in the SaaS Edition.
SA-02	License Agreement	In this screen System Administrators can: See "End-User License Agreement for Questetra BPM Suite" and "Questetra BPM Suite Extension Key License Agreement."
SA-03	System Authorization	In this screen System Administrators can: Browse and set up authorizations regarding the system.
SA-04	Process Authorization	In this screen System Administrators can: Browse and set up authorizations for each Process Model. This can also be done from the "Modeling" function. For more information on how to edit authorization from "Modeling," see Operation Menu for Process Model.
SA-05	System Log	In this screen System Administrators can: Check system logs concerning user login/log out data.
SA-06	Process Log	In this screen System Administrators can: Check Process logs concerning Process execution.
SA-07	Backup	In this screen System Administrators can: Backup the database. See a list of backup files. This function is NOT available in the SaaS Edition.
SA-08	Google Apps Connectivity Setting	In this screen System Administrators can: Set up Google Apps Domain, etc. Set up Google Gadget url This function is only available in the SaaS Edition.
SA-09	File Repository State	In this screen System Administrators can: See the number and total size of files stored in the File Repository. See the maximum file size limit allowed by the license agreement.
SA-10	OAuth Consumers	In this screen System Administrators can:  Add or deleter client that the application accesses, using OAuth.
SA-11	Logo Setting	In this screen System Administrators can:  Change the logo (image) that is shown in the top left corner of the screen.
