UM-02-B: Group Details

This page displays group details.
User Managers can edit or delete groups, change properties, and edit members.

1. Display Components

Items Description
Group ID
  • Group's ID
Name
  • Group's name
Email
  • Group's email address
Parent Group
  • Group's parent group
  • Click to show details of the parent group
Child Group
  • Group's sub-group
  • Click to see details of the sub-group
Members
  • All users that belong to this group
  • Users can be added or deleted here

2. Operation Menu

2-1. Edit Property


For changing group names, group email addresses and parent groups.
  1. Click [Edit Property]
  2. Edit the necessary information
  3. Click [Update Property]

Items Description
Name
  • Field for entering the group's name
    • This field is required.
    • Maximum 64 characters
Email
  • Field for entering the group's email address
    • This field is required.
    • This must follow the email address format. (includes "@," etc.)
Parent Group
  • Pull-down box for choosing the parent group
    • The top group (default Org) cannot have a parent group.
 

2-2. Delete Group


For deleting a group and its group information

  1. Click [Delete Group].
    The default "Org" group cannot be deleted.
  2. You will be asked "Are you sure you want to delete this group?"
  3. Click [OK].

3. Members

3-1. Display Components

Items Description
Name
  • Names of users that belong to the group
  • Click the user to see details of the user
Email
  • Email addresses of users that belong to the group
Position
  • Position of each user (member/leader) in the group

3-2. Operation Menu

Items Description
Add
  • Adds a user to the group
  • Select the user by inputting the user name or email address, then select the position of the user in the group (member/leader). Click [Add] to add the user.
Delete
  • Deletes a user from the group
  • Check the box of the user you wish to delete, then click [Delete]
  • If there is a group that no user belongs to, a warning message will be displayed at the top of the group list page
