This page lists the different operations available in the application.

General Users

Icon Operation Menu
Content and Explanation

Start Process
  • Starts a Process
  • This only starts the Process and does not start the first Task.

Start Process & Reuse these data
    1. Open Process Details of the Process you wish to use.
      • This can only be used in [Task List] or [My Operation Record].
      • This cannot be used in [All Users' Operation Record].
    2. Click [Start Process & Reuse these data].

Accept & Execute

Accept
  • Accepts the Task.
  • Once you accept a Task, the Task moves to [My Tasks].
  • Task state changes from OFFERED to ALLOCATED, and the Task is removed from Task Lists of other offered users.

Accept selected tasks
  • Accepts all Tasks that have been selected in the Offered Tasks list.
  • Check the Tasks that you wish to accept and click [Accept selected tasks]. The next screen will show which Tasks were accepted and which were not.

Return
  • Returns the Task to the Offered Tasks list.
  • Available in Tasks that are in Allocated or Running states.
    • You cannot return a Task if you are the only user who can execute the Task.

Delegate
  • Delegates the Task to another user
  • Available in Tasks that are in Allocated or Running states.

Add to Google Calendar
  • Adds the Task's deadline to your Google Calendar.
  • If the Task does not have a deadline, the current time will be added.
  • To use this function, you must set Google Apps Connectivity.

Record Start Time
  • Records the Start Time of the Task
  • Available in Tasks that are in Allocated state.

Cancel
  • Cancels the Process.
  • Users can only cancel a Process that only he/she is executing. If another user is executing a Task of the Process, you cannot cancel it.

  New Model
  • Creates a new Process Model
  • Click [New Model] from the side menu.
  New Model from Archive
  • Creates a new Process Model by importing a Process archive
  • Click [New Model from Archive] from the side menu.

Duplicate
  • Creates a new Process Model by duplicating an existing Model.
  • Moves to the Process Model details page of the newly created Process Model.
  • Edit the name, etc., of the Process Model as necessary.

Detail
  • Displays Process Model Details.
  • You can edit data and change settings, etc., in the Process Model detail page.

Edit
  • Edit the Process Model using the Process Modeler
  • For details see Process Modeler.

Edit HTML Template
  • Customize the design of the Execute Task screen with an original HTML template file.

Activate
  • Activate the Process Model

Restart
  • Restarts a suspended (Not Active) Process Model.

Suspend
  • Suspends an active Process Model.
  • Process cannot be used when suspended

Export Archive
  • Export a Process Model as an archive
  • Process Models that cannot be activated (Process Models that are not completed appropriately) cannot be exported

Edit Name
  • Opens Change Process Model Name page

Edit Authorization
  • Opens authorization editing page

Delete
  • Deletes Process Model

Version Detail
  • Displays info of specified version of Process Model.
  • This is available for version details on activated versions also.

Show/Hide Old Versions
  • You can choose to show or hide all previous versions

Process Diagram
  • Process Diagram
  • Resize the Process Diagram with the slider on the left.
  • Check properties of each Item by double-click.
  • For more information, see "Process Diagram".
Split Condition
Allocation Rule
  • Allocation rules (Who is allocated which Tasks)
  • See "Allocation" for more details.
Process Data Item
  • Process Data Items to be inputted at Task execution
  • See "Process Data" for more details.
Permission
  • Permissions (Which Process Data Items are shown, hidden or editable in Which Tasks)
  • See "Permission" for more details.
