What Occurred

  • Email from the system is not delivered to every user of Free SaaS environment
  • User of Free SaaS environment with 'https://fs.questetra.net/'  cannot access the application

Cause of Trouble

  • Virtual server host trouble of application server

Reaction

  • Changed Virtual server host and rebooted
  • Emails not delivered are re-sent after recovery
