Bug Details

  • Occurs in operating
    • On the Workflow platform of the Starter Plan, [get token] is done in the OAuth2 settings of the official item which integrates with Box such as “Service Task (Box: Upload File)”
  • What will occur
    • An error displays in the settings screen of Box and cannot retrieve the token
  • Target items (Service Task)
    • Box: Upload File
    • Box: Create Folder
    • Box: Search Folder
    • Box: Create Shared Link to Folder
    • Box: Delete Folder

Workaround ・ Recovery

  • There is no way to avoid this trouble
  • This bug does not occur in the Business Plan (paid) workflow platform
  • This Bug is due to be fixed in the next version coming after Version 11.13.0 (2020-01-20 release)
