No Logo is Displayed in the Login Screen (Fixed)

• Ver. 12.2.0 and later versions
• Saving a logo (large) image file with a size of more than 1MB

Bug Details

• Occurred under the following conditions
  • In [Logo] from [System Settings], an original image file is saved in the [Logo (large)] section
  • The image file size is more than 1MB
• What will occur
  • In the login screen (the screen before logging), the saved logo is not displayed

Workround・Recovery

• Please take one of the following actions
  • Update the saved image file so the size of the logo file is less than 1MB
  • Click the [Restore Default] button to stop using an original image
• This bug is due to be fixed in the coming version (Ver. 12.3.0)
