Using Chrome, the Auto Login Function is Not Disabled upon Logging Out (Fixed)

Bug Details

• Occurs in a workflow App that meets all of the following conditions:
  • Using Chrome, log in with a password while “Auto Login” checked, and then log out
• What will occur
  • Even though a message that ‘You have logged out successfully, Auto-Login is disabled,’ is displayed at the time of logging out, but it is not disabled actually so it is still capable to log in using the same browser without password authentication

Workround・Recovery

• Remove the cookie of the Questetra workflow platform in Chrome
  • Enter ‘chrome://settings/siteData’ in the address bar to see a list of cookies held by Chrome, then find the hostname of the Questetra workflow platform there and remove it
• This bug is going to be fixed in the next release version (Ver. 13.0.0).
