What Occurred
From the Workflow platform of customers who use the Starter Plan (Free service) on the Japan server base, email transmission was not performed.
Cause of Trouble
Incorrect settings were made to the email server during the server infrastructure setting process
Reaction
Recovered by revising email server settings.
Emails that should have been sent during the trouble period will not be retransmitted automatically.
