What Occurred

Certain customers using the service in the Japan server base could not access Questetra BPM Suite. In addition, connection errors occurred intermittently even for other customers in the Japanese base due to a resource shortage on the server that affected the entire server due to the overload at that time.

Cause of Trouble

A specific server processing increased the memory usage of the server, resulting in an overload due to memory shortage.


Recover by reconfiguring the memory allocation and restarting the server process
