This article explains the required configuration steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prerequisites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Microsoft Entra ID account with the <strong>Application Administrator<\/strong> or <strong>Cloud Application Administrator<\/strong> role (or higher)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Questetra system administrator account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1. Check the SP Information in Questetra<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open <strong>System Settings \u2192 SSO (SAML)<\/strong> in Questetra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enable <strong>Single Sign-On<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record the following values displayed under <strong>SP Information<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Entity ID<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ACS URL<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2. Add the Application in Microsoft Entra ID<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center: (<a href=\"https:\/\/entra.microsoft.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">https:\/\/entra.microsoft.com\/<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Entra ID<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Enterprise applications<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>New application<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Gallery search box, search for <strong>Questetra BPM Suite<\/strong>, select Questetra BPM Suite from the search results, then click <strong>Create<\/strong> to add the application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3. Configure SAML SSO in Microsoft Entra ID<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select <strong>Single sign-on<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>SAML<\/strong> in the the newly added application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit the <strong>Basic SAML Configuration<\/strong> and enter the following values:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Identifier (Entity ID)<\/strong>: The Entity ID recorded from Questetra in Step 1<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL)<\/strong>: The ACS URL recorded from Questetra in Step 1<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sign-on URL<\/strong>: The URL of the Questetra login page (for example, <a href=\"https:\/\/[your-questetra-domain]\/Login_show\" rel=\"nofollow\">https:\/\/[your-questetra-domain]\/Login_show<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>SAML Signing Certificate<\/strong> section, download the <strong>Certificate (Base64)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4. Configure the IdP Settings in Questetra<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Copy the following information from the <strong>SAML-based Sign-on<\/strong> page in Microsoft Entra ID into the corresponding fields in Questetra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Entra ID Display Fields<\/th><th>Questetra Input Fields<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Microsoft Entra Identifier<\/td><td>Entity ID<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Login URL<\/td><td>Login Page URL<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Logout URL<\/td><td>Logout Page URL<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Contents of the downloaded Base64 certificate<\/td><td>Certificate<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To enter the certificate, open the downloaded .cer file in a text editor and copy everything from <strong>&#8212;&#8211;BEGIN CERTIFICATE&#8212;&#8211;<\/strong> through <strong>&#8212;&#8211;END CERTIFICATE&#8212;&#8211;<\/strong>. When pasting the certificate into Questetra, ensure that the alphanumeric string between BEGIN CERTIFICATE and END CERTIFICATE is entered as a single continuous line with no line breaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 5. Verify the Configuration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Confirm that the <strong>Log In with Single Sign-On<\/strong> button appears on the Questetra login page, then perform a test login.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The Single Sign-On login button does not appear<\/strong>: Verify that Enable Single Sign-On is enabled in Questetra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Authentication fails<\/strong>: Verify that the <strong>Entity ID<\/strong> and <strong>ACS URL<\/strong> configured in Microsoft Entra ID exactly match those configured in Questetra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Certificate error<\/strong>: Verify that the certificate string does not contain any extra spaces or line
