Users can customize their own charts in addition to checking the standard charts and Case history lists. This section will explain the Performance Check function and how it can be used effectively for analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-78ac2183\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Two Aggregation Functions<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are two main aggregation functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Predefined menu charts<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>[Your Performance]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>[Organizational Performance]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Customizeable chart creation function<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create a new chart<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Predefined Menu Charts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">[Your Performance] compiles the tasks you were responsible for, while [Organizational Performance] compiles the entire company\u2019s Cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>[Your Performance]<\/strong><br>When you want to check or analyze the work you have been involved in, refer to the summary included in [Your Performance].\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Number of Cases by App<\/strong> (pie chart)<br>The number of tasks processed is summarized for each App, and is listed in descending order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Number of completed tasks per month<\/strong> (bar graph)<br>The bar graph provides a monthly summary of the number of tasks processed. If you select an App in the [All apps] drop-down menu or the pie chart, it will switch to the number of tasks processed by month for the selected App.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Completed task list<\/strong><br>Completed tasks are displayed in a list. Customize using the icons above: Filter, Settings, and Save Chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\uff13 Icons<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>[Filter]<\/strong><br>By clicking [Add Condition], you can filter the data items used for aggregation. For instance, you can use [Start Organization] to display only the department you belong to, or extract Cases for articles translated into English from blog posts to create a chart.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>[Settings]<\/strong><br>You can change the chart from monthly to weekly, from line graph to bar graph, etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>[Save Chart]<\/strong><br>When naming the chart, you can specify the extent to which you want to make it public. Modify the chart&#8217;s settings by selecting &#8220;Settings&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From the settings screen, change &#8220;Number of Cases&#8221; to &#8220;Response Time&#8221; and select &#8220;Average&#8221; instead of &#8220;Total&#8221; in the radio button options, and then apply the settings.This will allow you to find out how long it takes to respond to one inquiry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A different chart is displayed than the one shown before.
