It allows users to share information that is difficult to convey within Case Details or Task Processing screens, and it facilitates discussions that are not directly related to specific tasks or workflows. Collab Chat promotes diverse communication, including workflow discussions and sharing project updates with users who don\u2019t have permission to access Case details, as well as general topics that are unrelated to workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Communication in Collab Chat occurs within &#8220;Channels,&#8221; which are like rooms where members gather to share information. This setup allows for targeted exchanges with specific users. For now, just think of it as a room where interested members gather.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By selecting and switching channels from the channel list, you can view the messages and comments posted in the newly selected channel.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. For now, try posting to your main organizational channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Post a Message<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click the input field that displays &#8220;How is your work?&#8221; and write your message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you&#8217;re done, press the [Post] button. Your message will be posted to the channel, visible to all members participating in the channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posts can be deleted later, but they can&#8217;t be edited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. React With a &#8220;Good!&#8221;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Try clicking the [\u2606 Good!] button to express agreement or thanks with just one click.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you click [\u2606 Good!], an email notifies the original poster that their message received a like.
