Images can be enlarged and videos can be played.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"when-to-use-it-1\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">When to use it<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Utilize screenshots and brief videos of the work screen to communicate status updates and confirm completion more efficiently than written descriptions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"Mentions\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Mentions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"2-1-name-and-notify-individuals-user-name\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2-1. Name and notify individuals: <code>@[&lt;User name&gt;]<\/code><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure your message reaches a specific user in the channel, type <code>@[&lt;User name&gt;]<\/code>in the post body. The mentioned user will be notified by email <sup>Note 1, Note 2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you enter a username after @, user suggestions will be displayed as you type <sup>Note 2<\/sup>. Use it when you want to reach all members of a department or group at once. By adding <code>%[&lt;Organization Name&gt;]<\/code> in the post body, you will mention all members of the target organization and its sub-organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you enter an organization name followed by %, organization suggestions will be displayed as you type. Inserting Links to Other Channels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can easily insert a link to another channel by typing<code>#&lt;ID that identifies the channel&gt;<\/code>while posting. This is useful for indicating which channel the post is related to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you include the following in the body of your message, it will automatically be converted into a link to the corresponding channel<sup>Note 3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-4-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">Note 3: Non-existent channels will not be linked.
