The Access URL of Questetra BPM Suite is standardized in the following format.<\/p>\n<div class=\"well\">https:\/\/<strong><em>hostname<\/em><\/strong>.questetra.net\/<\/div>\n<h3>What is Change of Access URL?<\/h3>\n<p>You can change the &#8220;hostname&#8221; part (host name\/subdomain name) of the Access URL to a (custom) name of your designation upon transferring to a paid contract (Monthly payment plan or Annual payment plan).<\/p>\n<div class=\"well\">E.g.\uff1ahttps:\/\/<strong><em>hostname<\/em><\/strong>.questetra.net\/ \u2192 https:\/\/<strong><em>newhostname<\/em><\/strong>.questetra.net\/<\/div>\n<h3>Advantages and disadvantages<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Advantages\n<ul>\n<li>Easier to tell new employees about the Access URL<\/li>\n<li>Easier to reset the Access URL when you change your PC<\/li>\n<li>In the unlikely event that you receive a spoof email attack, it is more likely that you will be able to detect fake URLs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Disadvantages\n<ul>\n<li>In cases where access URLs are already written in internal portals, work manuals, etc., or when API access is set, it will be necessary to modify documents and external programs<\/li>\n<li>If the Access URL can be used to guess the business application or scope of use, it may give hints for cyberattacks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Rules on unique hostnames<\/h3>\n<p>If your company domain is &#8220;example.com&#8221;, you can change the URL to &#8220;https:\/\/<strong><em>example<\/em><\/strong>.questetra.net\/&#8221;, &#8220;https:\/\/<strong><em>example-bpm<\/em><\/strong>.questetra.net\/&#8221; or &#8220;https:\/\/<strong><em>wf-example<\/em><\/strong>.questetra.net\/&#8221;, etc. In addition, the following conditions must be satisfied:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be between 5 and 40 characters<\/li>\n<li>Available characters are alpha-numeric (lower case) and hyphen only (hyphen at the beginning or the end is not allowed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"well\">* Please be sure to specify a name that does not infringe a trademark or copyright.
