For the details, please refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/questetra.com\/en\/security-en\/\">Service availability<\/a> section on the Security and Privacy page.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"well\">(About the calculation method)<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planned outages and free service are excluded.<\/li>\n<li>Availability (average) = (Total time &#8211; Average downtime of all tenant) \/ Total time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confirming service state\/availability<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the above average value for all subscribers, in the paid Edition (Basic\/Advanced\/Professional) you can check the service operation status of your contracted Workflow platform on a dedicated page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on the &#8220;System Operational Status&#8221; button on the side menu on the System Setting screen to move to the dedicated page. (System Administrator authority required)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"well\">\n<ul>\n<li>Even when a fault occurs, you can check the system operation status.<\/li>\n<li>If a fault occurs, you will be not able to click on the button on Questetra&#8217;s screen.
