You should check the error contents and modify all errors on the [Edit] screen, or you will not be able to [Release] the App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reference: <a href=\"https:\/\/support.questetra.com\/en\/developer-blog\/app-archive\/\" target=\"_self\">Exporting Workflow App Definitions (App Archive QAR)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator uagb-block-fcfe751c\"><div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator__inner\" style=\"--my-background-image:\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h_01KX2ZPXYB4EPZ8THC26QZHQCZ\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Settings on Import<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specify an archive file or the archive download URL, and click [Import] to display the import screen. There, set up the configuration for App properties, Operator settings on swimlane, and App linkage settings (if the corresponding Step icon is used). In the Swimlane configuration you should link the User\/Organization\/Role information registered in your workflow platform to the Swimlane<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Edit the properties if needed\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can also specify an App ID (Ver.15.1 or later)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you uncheck the [Generate ID] check box, the input field will be displayed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specify any number not previously used as an ID\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It is possible to match the App ID in the &#8220;test environment&#8221; and the &#8220;production environment&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>[Category] displays the category in the environment where the App was created\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If there is no corresponding category in the environment to be imported, the displayed category will be added<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you do not want to add a category, specify an existing category<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check if the Users or Organizations (departments) assigned to the Swimlane are as you intended\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Link the most appropriate User or Organization to the Swimlane (you can change the settings later)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter a partial name for the User or Organization. An error is displayed in the workflow diagram at the bottom of the screen if there is a deficiency in the settings. By clicking [Edit] you can correct all the errors.
