status change, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In some logs, clicking on the <span class=\"material-symbols-outlined\">info<\/span> button next to an event will expand the line to show additional information relating to the event, such as the User to whom a Task has been allocated, or details of errors and API requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can use the Filter function to filter the Case logs by specifying the date and time or Case ID\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Filtering by date and time also allows you to specify the category, starred Apps and App name as well as the date range<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The display order of columns can be adjusted in the Column window by dragging the grip lines next to the column headings\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Column display settings cannot be saved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The default display count can be changed for each User from [Account Settings] > [List Settings] (common to all list views)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A maximum of 100,000 logs can be displayed\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the number of entries exceeds 100,000, the count will be displayed as &#8220;100000+&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can download Case logs in CSV format (up to 10,000 entries)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the number of the target entries exceeds 10,000 please specify the condition with which to narrow down the number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User&#8217;s login history or User information editing history are recorded in [<a
