
The administration of Organizations including adding new, or editing existing Organizations, and editing the members within an Organization and their positions can be done in this screen. Organization is for grouping and managing Users and it is possible to hierarchically manage User assignment.
*[User Manager] privilege is required to open this function.

Notes
- The search box allows you to search for an Organization by name or email address
- It is possible to filter out Organizations marked as “Will be deleted in the future”, or to filter so that only Organizations marked as such can be viewed
- To add a new Organization click [New Organization] button to open the window
- To add multiple Organization at once, click [Import Organization] to open the window
- To change the Organization specified in Operator settings in all Apps in batch, click [Batch change Operator settings] to open the window

- In Users, edit the Users who belong to the Organization, and their position within the Organization
- Specify a User and position, and then click [Add]
- Check the checkboxes in the list, then click [Switch to Leader], [Switch to Staff member], or [Delete]
- An Organization can have multiple Leaders
- If Organizations do not have any associated User, a warning will be displayed
- When the System Authorization or the App Authorization are granted to an Organization, all Users who belong to the target Organization have the authority and lose it if they leave the Organization
- An Organization associated with Child Organization as the Parent cannot be deleted
- Please delete all Child Organizations first
- You can check authorizations which have been granted to Organization in System Authorization and App Authorization sectons
- “+”: authorization is granted to Organization
- “Leader”: authorization is granted to only the leader(s)
- “-“: no authorization
- App Authorization section lists all the Apps for which authorization has been given

Notes
- Organization Name must not conflict with other Organizations
- At the time of creating a new Organization, the root organization will be specified as the Parent Organization by default
- If [Will be deleted in the future] is checked , the App in which the Organization is specified in the Operator setting will result in a definition error
- Ask the administrator of the App to change the Operator setting before deleting the organization
- To identify the target Apps, use [Apps referring to the organization]
- The Organization that is marked [Will be deleted in the future] cannot be newly added in the Operator settings
- The root Organization cannot be marked as “Will be deleted in the future”

- You can import a list of Users by selecting a prepared CSV file with the Choose file button, or User details can be typed directly into the CSV Text box
- By clicking [Confirm] button in Synchronize with Google Workspace, you can synchronize with Google Workspace group information of which entered in [Domain] (Advanced and higher Editions)
- You may be asked to sign in to the specified domain Google Workspace and grant permission
- API access must be enabled on G Suite
- Clicking the [Confirm] button displays a list of Organizations to be added, so select the Organizations to be added using the checkboxes
- There is an upper limit to the number of records that can be registered in a batch

Batch change Operator settings

This function allows you to change the candidate Organizations responsible for Human Tasks across multiple Apps at the same time. For example, if there are a series of Tasks in various Apps that are handled by the Human Resources Department, but you want the Accounts Department to deal with these instead, you can use Batch change to amend all of them at the same time, instead of having to edit each App individually.

- You can also change by specifying a specific application
- You can change Apps even if you don’t have [App Administrator] Authorization on them
- Select the Organization that is currently named as a Candidate that you wish to change in the “From” column, and in the “To” column select the Organization that will become responsible for the Tasks
- To specify multiple organizations, click to add setting fields (up to 50)
- Click [Run Test] or [Update] to open a list of Apps to be changed
- It will be scanned sequentially and the Apps to be modified will be marked with
- By [Run Test], you can check the list of Apps to be changed (settings will not be changed)
- Specifying [Latest] in Target app versions will also target the Operators for Processes that have already started as new organization candidates
- Snapshots of Developing version and Debugging Process are not subject to change
