What Occurred

Customers using Paid edition at server bases in Japan had difficulty to access to Questetra BPM Suite

Cause of Trouble

Due to an overload situation on a specific server, the gateway server at the Japan site ran out of resources.


Recovered by stopping the overloaded service.
