- Can Data Items be set as “Required” only at Specific Steps?

- When you set a Data Item as “Required”, it will be mandatory to input in all editable Steps.
Data Item settings are applied to the entire Workflow App. Therefore, it is not possible to make the input mandatory only in certain Steps.
However, it is possible to avoid the situation where incomplete data is passed to downstream Steps if you define business flows in which you can send back Tasks when an input is incomplete.
