With Questetra BPM Suite, you can extract the processing that is done in a Script Task as a unique automated Step. In the previous blog post, I made the processing part for SMS transmission using Twilio’s API into a Script Task. I would like to remake that part into a unique Auto-step. The Auto-step to be made can be reused in other Workflow Apps.
In my latest blog post, I used a Throwing Message Intermediate Event (HTTP) to realize the API request to Twilio. I would like to substitute that part with a Script Task.
Twilio can also handle SMS, so I’d like to work on sending SMS.
We have been improving the web application form App, but the application form only conducts a mandatory check to make sure your e-mail address/phone number has been entered. We will improve it so that obviously incorrect entries are rejected upon entry of the data.
We have created a Workflow App for the web application form in which verification is performed on the entered email address. This time, I will revise it so a phone number must be entered as well. Also, I will make it so that it verifies the entered phone number.
Making a phone call automatically in the middle of the Workflow by using the new function of v11.7, “Receive Task (Webhook): Correspond so that content of HTTP response can be configured” and Twilio in combination.
