Can I display the progress of operations on a Workflow Diagram?

Yes, you can. You can visualize the progress on a Workflow Diagram.
Just like your car navigation system shows you the traffic condition, it provides a function to check at a glance where bottlenecks are occurring and how much work there is.
When you click on the [Heatmap] button on the side menu, on the displayed pie graph click on the business operation (App) you want to see. The Cases displayed will only be the ones that are running. Please note that the Cases that have been completed will not be shown. You can also browse the remaining Tasks and how many there are, in real time. The list of Tasks which is displayed beneath the Workflow Diagram can be filtered by clicking on a Task in the Diagram.
