- Yes, if you set it as an HTML email, you can embed images, videos, etc. (Ver. 13.1)
By placing a [Throwing Message Intermediate Event (Email)], an email transmission event, in the middle of a Workflow diagram, an email will be sent every time an Issue passes by. It is possible to embed business data in the email body.
The email body can be set in PlainTtext format and HTML format.
In Plain Text format
- You cannot embed images in the email body
- When embedding File-type data, only the file name is displayed in the body
In HTML format, you can freely design the display of the text such as embedding an image, but you cannot display the attached file in the body.
