- Yes, you can. You can write descriptions at any place on a Workflow Diagram by placing an [Annotation] item.
By placing [Annotations], you will be able to write descriptions of the Process or the Task on a Workflow Diagram. In the past you may have been trying to explain the work content by thinking up Step names or by describing it in the [Work manual], but by using [Annotations] you can add descriptions to the Workflow diagram so that you will be able to convey the work content (points, etc.) more clearly.
