After a Questetra BPM Suite version upgrade, new MCP tools are not visible from ChatGPT.

Newly added tools may not be reflected immediately.
Because Questetra BPM Suite is a cloud service, version upgrades may add new MCP tools (e.g., list_process_data_definitions was added in the 17.2 → 18.0 upgrade). In such cases, the added tools may not be immediately reflected in already-connected Apps or open chats.
Try the following steps in order:
- In the Apps settings on chatgpt.com, Refresh the target App and check whether the new tools appear.
- If the tools are still not reflected, re-register the same MCP server as a new App.
- Open a new chat and check whether the tools are available.
The old App and the new App may temporarily coexist, so please be aware of which one you are using. Note that this behavior depends on the specifications and UI of chatgpt.com, so it may change in the future.
