Article Topic Acceptance Flow

Collects suggestions for article topics from within the company. Employees can submit ideas and have them delivered to the editor. Ideas can also be submitted by email. Editors can comment on suggestions and discuss them with others. Editors’ comments will be notified by email to the proposer.

1 1. Think up Idea An employee posts an idea of a topic for articles that came up with.
4 2. Write Comment The Editor comments on the received idea or asks the contributor questions.
5 3. Present Opinion The contributor replies to the questions.
10 x1. Email to Quser The system identifies the User from the sender’s email address stored in the String-type Data Item and sets the User in the User-type Data Item.
