Work Request Flow

Records and manages work requests and completion reports. The requester appoints the request destination and inputs the work contents and desired completion date at the [1. Input Request] Step. Employees who have been appointed carry out the requested work and report the completion at the Step of [2. Work on Request]. The advantages are the status of work can be known, records are preserved, performance can be appraised and requests are visualized.

BPMN Nodes

1 1. Input Request The requester nominates the request destination and registers the desired work content and due date.
3 1x. Answer The requester answers the question.
2 2. Work on request The designated person performs the requested work and reports the completion. If any questions, contact the requester.
4 3. Check The requester confirms the completion of the work. It is possible to re-request if any deficiency.
