User Deletion may Result Unsuccessful (Fixed)

• To delete a user who holds [My Task]

Bug Details

• Occurs in operating
  • Deleting a user by designating the operator to take over the Tasks
• What will occur
  • An error message, “An internal error occurred. Please contact the administrators.”, is displayed and the user is not deleted
• Conditions to cause
  • There is a possibility of an error when “multiple Tasks of the same Process exist” in [My Task] of the deletion target user

Workaround ・ Recovery

• In case if this trouble occurs, please contact support
• This bug is scheduled to be fixed in the next releasing version (2019-04).
