This bug has been fixed.

Fixed Version

Affected Versions and Conditions

  • Ver. 17.1.0 and later
  • Platforms newly built after Ver. 17.1.0 release (2025-10)

Bug Details

  • Some Organization Channels do not appear in the Collab Chat side menu

    Workaround/Recovery

    • There is currently no way to resolve this issue
    • This bug is scheduled to be fixed in the next release version, Ver. 17.2.3
