Quote Approval, Google Drive Delete 20220204
An approved quote will be automatically uploaded to Google Drive. The file viewing/downloading URL will be emailed to the customer. The quote file is automatically deleted on the deletion date which is entered by the sales representative.

  • 1 1. Quotation
    • The sales representative attaches the created quotation (file).
  • 6 2. Quote Approval
    • The sales manager confirms the contents of the attached quotation (file) and decides approval.
  • 7 3. Response Correction
    • If the sales manager sends it back, the sales representative will create and attach the quotation (file) again.
  • 2 4. Google Drive
    • The approved quote (file) will be uploaded to Google Drive. The URL for viewing/downloading the uploaded file is set in the Data Item.
  • 9 7. Delete File
    • Files uploaded to Google Drive are deleted.

Arrangement Tips

  • If you want to change the content of the email sent to the customer, change it in the property of the item “Email to customer” (Throwing Message Intermediate Event (email))
  • Specify the file upload destination folder in “Folder ID that files will be uploaded” in “Google Drive” (Google Drive: Upload File)
