Terminate End Event

Terminates all other ongoing Processes when any one of separated Processes arrives. The Process ends even if there are unfinished Tasks left.

  • check_circle_outline
    • Terminate the process as successful
    • Terminate the process as a failure

When the process is terminated

  • check_circle_outline
    • Do nothing
    • Delete the process (Data cannot be recovered)

Notes

  • When a token reaches a Terminate End Event, all parallel tokens will also be terminated, even if there are unfinished Tasks
  • You can specify “successful” or “failure” when a process is terminated at the Terminate End Event in question
    • Whether a process is successful or a failure will be reflected in the Process Status column of the Tasks List
  • You can also configure it so that the Process will be deleted when terminated
    • You can automate the deletion of the Process for reasons such as confidential data being entered
    • Deleted processes cannot be restored
