Thank you for using Questetra BPM Suite.

Support for Internet Explorer 11 has ended at the new version 13.1 released on July 12, 2021.

Although Questetra is compatible with the Internet Explorer 11 (hereafter referred to as IE 11) now, we will end support on June 30, 2021.

(*) Only IE 11 on Windows 8.1 is supported (except the App Setting function)

(**) In the release information up to Ver. 12.1. 1, we had announced the end of IE 11 support in January 2022, but Microsoft has determined to terminate support for IE 11 on its own services such as Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 early. Therefore, Questetra has decided to move the schedule forward.

(***) Though Questetra will be available in IE 11 after July 2021, it may not work properly.

Background of the end of IE 11 Support

Questetra is constantly dedicated to improving and adding features and security measures so that our users can use it more comfortably and safely. However, it has become difficult to maintain rapid development and compatibility with IE 11, which does not support the latest Web standards.

Microsoft has acknowledged a security issue with IE 11 and recommends the use of the latest version of Microsoft Edge as the new browser. Although there are still some web systems that are only compatible with IE 11 and its support is still available, we suggest only using IE 11 when using such systems.

Questetra is available with browsers other than IE.
We consider security as a top priority, thus we will stop the support of IE 11 and we are considering methods to deny access to Questetra for our user’s safe usage of the service.

Notes for IE Users

We guess you are using IE 11 in order to use a specific web system that is only compatible with IE 11.
It may be difficult for you to stop using IE 11 immediately, but we hope you use the following supported browsers other than IE 11 to access Questetra. If you are a system administrator of the workflow platform, please inform your users about this.
