Translation Request Flow

Request translation of a manuscript. The text entered in [1. Document Set] will be delivered to the translator. When the translation is completed at [2. Translation], the number of characters is recorded and the requester is notified.

BPMN Nodes

1 1. Document Set An employee sets the draft text to be translated and request translation.
4 1. Rework The requester answers the question.
5 2. Translation The person in charge translates the draft. If any questions, returns to the requester.
9 x1.Character number counter The system counts the number of characters in the draft and sets the number in the Data Item.
10 x2. Character number counter The system counts the number of characters in the translation and sets the number in the Data Item.
