A new feature has been added to the “Seminar Registration 2” application. Seminar participants will now be able to answer questionnaires. After the seminar an email will be sent to the seminar participants requesting them to answer the questionnaire, and they will be able to answer the questionnaire by accessing the URL written in the email. The seminar operator will be able to check the status of the survey responses on a graphical screen.

2Confirmation of Application Details
Confirm the information entered in the Seminar Registration Form (application details). Select whether to accept the application or not.
11Seminar Attendance Record
After the seminar enter whether the applicant was present or absent at the seminar.
13Seminar Survey Form
Seminar participants will answer a questionnaire about the seminar.
The description displayed at the top of the application form will be the content entered in the “Description” of the data items “Application Form Description 1” and “Application Form Description 2” (HTML). Similarly, the description displayed in the seminar survey form will be the content entered in “Application Form Description 1” and “Survey Form Description”.
You can set the contents (From, Subject, Body, etc.) of the email to be sent to the user in the “Send Reception Email”, “Send Reminder Email”, and “Send Survey Request” sections.
Set the timing for the reminder email to be sent 3 days before the timer mid-event date.
