  • Confirmed the problem symptom upon Chrome 64/63 on Windows 7/8.1/10
  • (There is a possibility of occurrence even in other use environments)
• Enter information in [Message Start Event (Form)] and submit

  • Enter information in [Message Start Event (Form)] and submit
• What will occur
  • Despite the process is started, an error dialogue of “System failed to retrieve data from server. Please reload this page.” may be displayed [SaaS Edition]
    • Even in the same environment, sometimes it occurs and sometimes doesn’t .
  • In [Download Edition] and others, message indicating completion of transmission is not displayed

Workaround ・ Recovery

• There is no way to avoid this trouble
• Even if this problem occurs, the process is started normally after sending the form, If there is no input error
• This Bug is due to be fixed in the next releasing version
