- Saving a logo (large) image file with a size of more than 1MB
Bug Details
- Occurred under the following conditions
- In [Logo] from [System Settings], an original image file is saved in the [Logo (large)] section
- The image file size is more than 1MB
- What will occur
- In the login screen (the screen before logging), the saved logo is not displayed
Workround・Recovery
- Please take one of the following actions
- Update the saved image file so the size of the logo file is less than 1MB
- Click the [Restore Default] button to stop using an original image
This bug is due to be fixed in the coming version (Ver. 12.3.0)
