Email Notifications for Collab Chat are Not Sent on Some Platform (Resolved)

Bug Details

• Occurs when the following operation is performed
  • In Collab Chat:
    • A message or comment addressed to me is posted
    • A comment is posted on my message
    • A “Like!” is added to my message or comment
• What will occur
  • Even if email notifications are enabled in the account settings, notification emails are not sent

Workaround/Recovery

• There is currently no way to resolve this issue
• This bug is scheduled to be fixed in the next release version, Ver. 17.2.3
