The Name of User/Organization, such as the Process Start User/Organization, may Be Displayed as Blank (Resolved)

• 17.2.0 and later
• Platforms newly built after the 17.2.0 release (2025-12)

Bug Details

• The initial Users/Organizations that have been registered as the presets in a newly created platform are displayed as blank
  • The following displays will be blank:
    • Process Start User/Organization
    • Task Operating User/Organization
    • Poster in Collab Chat

Workaround/Recovery

• Please consider the following workarounds:
  • Change Username/Organization name
• This bug is scheduled to be fixed in the next release version, Ver. 17.2.3
