This process is used to manage internal notification and recovery response after a fault has occurred. Notification is sent via SMS to the person in charge of the IT Department so that they are notified of the problem as soon as possible and in a reliable manner.

Notes

  • For setting up the SMS notification, “Account SID”, “AUTH TOKEN”, and “Sending Phone Number” should be obtained from Twilio. In addition, please adjust the default values of data items for “SMS Destination Phone Number” and “SMS Message Body” for use.
