Company Regulation Creation Flow

Creates in-house regulations and connects to a Dissemination flow. The internal regulation draft registered at the [1. Draft Registration] Step is checked by the responsible officer and approved by the Board of Directors.

BPMN Nodes

1 1. Draft Registration The person in charge drafts a revision of the regulation.
3 1x. Rework The drafter corrects the draft and resubmits, or withdraws.
2 2. Draft Check The managing officer approves the draft or returns If any deficiencies.
6 3. Officer’s Comment The person in charge conveys the approval on the revision at the board meeting as a comment.
7 4. In-house Announcement Preparation The officer in charge instructs the drafter to make corrections and eventually announces the revised provisions.
8 4x. Correction / Adjustment The drafter revises the draft according to the instructions.
