Affected Version and Operation
- Ver. 17.2.0 and later versions
- Performing forced [Termination] and [Deletion] of Processes, and [Bulk Acceptance] of Tasks on Basic or Advanced Edition workflow platforms
- This issue does not occur in Professional Edition
Bug Details
- Occurs when the following operations are performed:
- Terminate a Process: Click the [Terminate] button in the confirmation dialog
- Delete a Process: Click the [Delete] button on the confirmation screen where you enter the Process ID
- Bulk Acceptance: In [Offered], check the Tasks you want to accept and click the [Accept selected tasks] button
- What will occur
- Terminate a Process: The dialog box closes but the Process state remains unchanged
- Delete a Process: “This Process could not be deleted” error message appears and the Process is not deleted
- Bulk Acceptance: A dialog box will appear saying “Accept selected Tasks”, but the Tasks will not be added to [My Tasks] and will remain in [Offered]
Workaround・Recovery
- Please consider the following workarounds:
- There is no workaround to terminate a specific Process
- You can terminate all unfinished Processes by pausing the App
- There is no workaround to delete a specific Process
- By Deleting The App, you can delete the App definition and all of its Processes
- You cannot accept all items at once, so please [Accept] each item one by one
- There is no workaround to terminate a specific Process
This issue will be fixed in the next release version (Ver. 17.2.2)
