Notes
- You can modify the complexity of passwords
- This will affect the password when registering a new User or a User changing own password
- Compulsory requirements cannot be switched off
- If Auto-login is disabled Users will not be able to login automatically when logging in (users cannot select this option on the login screen)
- Email address / password must be entered every time (or SSO operation is required)
- [Additional Authentication] is a setting for when Questetra BPM Suite detects a suspicious login, such as a password login from a new device (browser) that has never been logged in with before
- Enabled: If a login is assessed to be suspicious, additional authentication will be required, and the user will not be able to log in until authenticated
- A notification email containing a one-time password necessary for additional authentication will be sent to the user
- Users with the ‘Unable to receive emails’ enabled can log in without being prompted for additional authentication
- Disabled: Even if the login is assessed to be suspicious, the login will be successful, and the user will receive an email notification that a login has been made from a new device
- Enabled: If a login is assessed to be suspicious, additional authentication will be required, and the user will not be able to log in until authenticated
