Overview

Here you can set the authority to manage the workflow platform. There are three areas of authorization: System Administrator, App Creator, and User manager. In addition to granting to each User, you can grant using an Organization or Role.

System Authorization
System Administrator
  • New Authorization
    • Delete / Authorized Object
  • Authorized User List
App Creator
  • New Authorization
    • Delete / Authorized Object
  • Authorized User List
User Manager
  • New Authorization
    • Delete / Authorized Object
  • Authorized User List
Configs: New Authorization
Add a specific user
  • User *
    • (Type name / email address.)   (Search)   (Clear)   (Select yourself)   (Select from Organization Tree)
Add users related to a specific organization
  • Organization *
    • (Type name / email address.)   (Search)   (Clear)   (Select your main Organization)   (Select from Organization Tree)
  • Target*
    • Leaders or staff members of
    • Leaders of
    • Leaders or staff members in sub organizations of
    • Leaders in sub organizations of
Add users of specific role
  • Role *
    • (Type name.)   (Search)   (Clear)

Notes

  • Authorization is split into the following four area
    • System Administrator
      • This enables general access to system logs, granting authorization, and configuration of connectivity with external applications and changing other miscellaneous settings of the system
    • App Creator
      • This enables the creation of Apps
    • User Manager
      • This enables the management of User, Organization and Role information
  • Authorization is split into the following four area
  • The display of menus varies depending on which authorization has been granted
  • There are different levels of authorization relating to Apps, which can be configured in each App (App Authorization)
  • Users receiving support by Web FORM or VIDEO CHAT must have System Administrator authorization
