Notes

  • Authorization is split into the following two areas
    • System Administrator
      • This enables general access to system logs, granting authorization, and configuration of connectivity with external applications and changing other miscellaneous settings of the system
    • User Manager
      • This enables the management of User, Organization, Role and Position information
  • Privileges cannot be granted to users who do not belong to any Organization
  • It is more efficient to grant privileges to Organizations/Roles and change users’ Organization/Roles to the appropriate ones than to grant privileges to users individually
  • The display of menus varies depending on which authorization has been granted
  • There are different levels of authorization relating to Apps, which can be configured in each App (App Authorization)
  • Users receiving support by Web FORM or VIDEO CHAT must have System Administrator authorization
