Bug Details
- Occurs when attempting the following operation:
- Downloading an attached file from the Process Details Screen
- What will occur
- The download button does not appear for the file on the Process Details Screen
- The file shows either “Unable to scan for malware”* or “Scanning for malware”*
- The download button does not appear for the file on the Process Details Screen
*Related Specifications
- Files uploaded to File-type Data Items or to Collab Chat undergo malware scanning
- If malware scanning is incomplete (e.g., due to large file size), “Scanning for malware” is displayed
- Encrypted files and similar files may be identified as “Unable to scan for malware”
- Normally, the download button should appear on the Process Details Screen even for files marked “Unable to scan for malware” or “Scanning for malware”
- When a file is flagged as potentially containing malware, the download button will not appear.

Expected Behavior (Not a Bug)
- The download button appears on the Process Details Screen for each file identified as not containing malware (i.e., files with no malware-related indicators)
- The download button does not appear for files identified as potentially malicious

- Please consider the following workarounds:
- Download using one of the following methods:
- Task Processing Screen
- [Edit Data] on the Process Details Screen (in Administrator Mode)
- Use the Process Channel for file attachments and downloads
