Personnel Evaluation Process
Conducts a performance appraisal and records it as numerical values. It starts automatically at the end of every month and the employee enters their self-assessment for each item in the [1. Enter self-evaluation] Step. The entered numerical value is automatically displayed immediately as a comprehensive evaluation weighted for each evaluation axis. After the boss/executor enters their evaluation, you can review the feedback.

  • 2 1. Enter Self-evaluation An employee enters a self-assessment.
  • 6 1x. Rework
  • 3 2. Supervisor’s Evaluation The employee’s boss enters a rating for the employee. If you have any objection to the self-evaluation, sends it back with a comment.
  • 5 3. Officer’s Evaluation An executive officer confirms the rating and enters his own on the employee.
  • 7 4. Feedback confirmation The employee confirms the rating on him.

Notes

  • You need to associate the Swimlane settings according to your organizational structure upon import
    • Create an Assessment team role in the Role setting and assign at least one leader of all organizations

Arrangement Tips

  • The manual start event on the Employee swimlane is set up for debug execution (test running). Delete it before the actual operation.
