Customer Master Data Sync Process
Automatically synchronizes customer master data managed in Google Spreadsheets. Automatically Starts at 1:00 every night, connects to Google spreadsheet API and acquires a customer list. The acquired customer list is reformatted and updated as a Customer Master (Options) XML on the Workflow platform. It also supports manual initiation and manual list checking.
BPMN Nodes
  • 3 0. Manual Synchronization The person in charge will start downloading the Choice IDs and Labels from Google Sheets
  • 7 1. Synchronization Check The person in charge checks the downloaded data and decides whether to update the option master.
  • 12 x1. Download Choice Data The system retrieves the values from the specified cells of the Sheet and stores them in the Data Item
  • 6 x2. Master Update The system updates the options master file with the downloaded values

  • You need to associate the Swimlane settings according to your organizational structure upon import
  • Immediately after importing, a setting error will occur
    • Make the necessary settings in edit mode
  • For practical use, please change the fixed values that have been set in ”x1. Download Choice Data”
    • C2: Source Spreadsheet ID, C3: Source Sheet Title

Arrangement Tips

  • The updated Options Master file can be used by any Apps on the same workflow platform for Select-type Data Items
