Progress Report Process
Multiple people will report on and summarize the progress of a project. Reporters appointed at the [1. Rapporteur Designation] Step make a report and operate the [2. Progress in Subjective] Step. The aggregation of reported values will help to increase the reliability of progress evaluation.
BPMN Nodes
  • 1 1. Rapporteur Designation The person in charge nominates and requests reporters to reports for the progress as of the specified date.
  • 4 2. Progress in Subjective The nominated person reports the progress by entering a percentage.
  • 5 2. Progress in Subjective The nominated person reports the progress by entering a percentage.
  • 6 2. Progress in Subjective The nominated person reports the progress by entering a percentage.
  • 7 2. Progress in Subjective The nominated person reports the progress by entering a percentage.
  • 9 2a. Response The person in charge answers the question from the reporter.
  • 10 2b. Response The person in charge answers the question from the reporter.
  • 11 2c. Response The person in charge answers the question from the reporter.
  • 12 2d. Response The person in charge answers the question from the reporter.
  • 13 3. Reported Value Aggregation The person in charge aggregates the reports.
  • 2 x1. Title Set The system generates a string from the input value of the specified Data Items and sets it in the Title.
